Leave them alone. Black heads are a fact of life for some people. She can try using a cleansing scrubber such as Buf-Puf to minimize them. Pinching, popping, etc is only going to make her pores seem larger and damage her skin. If you ABSOLUTELY have to pop, get an appropriate tool from the pharmacy. Digging into the skin with nails is going to create sores and scars. Overwashing and using harsh cleansers are going to dry her skin out, creating an overproduction of oil, which will exacorbate the blackhead problem. Blackheads are dried sebum, the oil your skin naturally produces. My 12 year old daughter has blackheads on chin and nose?
Don't squeeze. We may not have spas but we do have dermatologists. A spa is for relaxation, not for acne.
wash face twice a day.. and stridex pads or try that face wash on tv i think its called proactive i heard it works.
It's puberty, acne happens. Try some Clearasil, or that ProActiv stuff that Jessica Simpson endorses. Talk to a dermatologist.
toner or witch hazel
Puberty does not cause acne. Puberty ups hormoans by insane amounts causing the liver to work way harder than usual. Over loads of blood sebum caused by a toxic liver and colin cause acne. First of all, cut all dairy products but yogurt. Yogurt has friendly bacterial cultures which battles and balances amounts of Candida. Candida comes from any type of bread, beer, pasta ext ext. Add lots of fibre to her diet, fruits and veggies have the best natural source of fibre. No caffiene, dont listen too any fools on this forum caffiene is an addictive drug and it causes many problems with the body. Coke and pepsi are TERRIBLE things to drink when you have an acne problem. No chocolate bars no chips, pretty much any junk food is a no no. Drink lots of water and if you can find a herbal parasite cleanser get her to do that too. Again, lots of westernized idiots will demand that the thought of parasite infection is a problem only Africa experiences, BS!!! Parasites are a big factor. www.curezone.com

Outline - No wheat, no alchohol, no caffiene, no chocolate, no greesy foods, avoid red meat fish is better chicken breast is good too, no MSG, no nicotine, lots of yogurt, lots of fruits and veggies and lots of water try a parasite cleanser.
Go to a dermatologist. Home remedies may do more damage than good.
See if you can find a dermatologist office that offers facials. Their products are more effective than a spa, and since it's a Dr.s office you don't have to tip. Regular (monthly) facials is the best prevention.

If you work on this at home you could cause more damage than good, a stretched out pore is always going to be a problem (they constantly re-fill with oil) and they don't look pretty.
You could try using squished white rice. My mom uses freshly made white rice, mashes it into a little sticky paste. It works for her.
encourage her to wash her face with warm water %26amp; ivory soap every am %26amp; pm (so when they're gone they won't come back), and to get rid of the one's she's got try having her sit with her face over a bowl of very hot water with a towel forming a 'tent' over her head an the bowl so the steam opens up the pores and allows her to use the pore strips so they actually work...
take some hot water, and throw in a little wash rag for a few seconds till it soaks. Then put it on her face after its cooled off a little, to where it wont burn her, but is still warm enough. Do this several times and you shouldnt have a problem squeezing them out. When squeezing out the blackheads try those little instruments you get at most pharmacies. Rite Aid and Walgreens have them for sure in my area. Good Luck!
Acne is regarded as a medical problem rather than a cosmetic problem and treatment is recommended. Although there are over the counter products which help they only help - they do not really treat nor resolve the acne. Simple inexpensive products are available by prescription including (and these are most often used together) micro encapsulated tretinion (Retin A) and oral (or topical) antibiotics.
Hmmmm, I know that blackheads can come out after a good bath or shower....after she showers try removing them. after showering our pores open up. the blackheads would also be soft, because they have soaked up some of the moisture. blackheads are dirt and oil. also change her diet and allow her to do some exercise which will allow her to sweat and keep pores free......
