Its caused by an overproduction of oil. Keep your hands and fingers off of the area. Use a good face cleanser twice a day. I like Proactiv and it controls oil best for me. But you must use it as directed. It is a 3 or 4 step cleaning process. But it only takes about 5 mins. Otherwise I would get a cleanser like Clearisil or Noxzema. THey wont work quite as well but will help some.
