Actually there is no scientific evidence that says junk food has any effect on acne whatsoever neither does chocolate.

If you want a solution ask for differin CREAM (not gel) from your doctor. The cream is emolient based so it won't make your skin throw an eppy. The adapalene in it dramatically reduces the inflamation of current spots and prevents new ones from forming. My doctor said it helps cell turnover to so it should flush out your blackheads pretty good to!

It worked for me! I'll never stop using the stuff, LOVE IT!Any one no a good cream for sensitive skin but i am getting spots and blackheads yuk?
Here's the deal - a lot of acne remedies actually remove the protective mantle of the skin and actually make your skin MORE prone to breakouts.

Try to see a dermatologist, it is worth the cost.

A good way of keeping spots at bay is to take the mini contraceptive pill - such as Dianne or a similar brand.
If your going for the product route the best thing is a oil-free cream or gel, especially for people who seem to get no results from other products.

But the free way is change your diet. Keep up with the 5 a day and lots of water.

A sure fire way to help relieve black heads and spots etc.

The Tried and True,( 1)Cleanse (2) Tone (3) Moisturise

It is so!!!!! important to keep skin really clean

Most big department stores have cosmetic counter that offer advice plus a facial and free samples try one of those they can advise much better than most of us.
Do you eat lots of junk food? stop doing that and you won't get spots. There's no point using cream on something that's caused by a bad diet, better to avoid the problem in the first place.
