A gentle exfoliator is what you desperately need. Dont waste your money on an expensive one, just a supermarket's own will be perfectly good enough. It ISNT the make that matters, just the fact that you exfoliate is what matters!


Cleanse your face with whatever you normally use, then put a squirt of exfoliator on finger tips and work it all around the problem areas in a circular motion. Do this every other day. If you have sensitive skin, make sure you get one for this type. Drink loads of glasses of water every day, take a daily multi vitamin and you will see a big improvement. Personally, if you have an Avon catalog or if you could visit the website and order online, look at the clearskin range. It is so good, out of all the products that i have chosen Avon beats them all! x x
First i never use soap on my face,i use Liz Earle creams they are really good and are made with all natural ingredients,you get a face cloth too. Try tea tree gel i have used this if i get a bad spot(which isn't often now) and it drys it up without drying the surrounding skin.

and then in the day say afternoon, Loreal skin lotion, which you put on with cotton wool.

Chuffing amazing them things I absolutely swear by them. You can get them in Tesco, Superdrug etc. You get 6 in a box and they're about 6.50 a box.





DONT waste your money on any other brand of these things - believe me i've tried them all, inc the Biore ones, which were much more expensive and did, well nothing. As did the T-Zone ones, among others I can mention.

Use st.ives apricot scrub it really good! Also use mud masks every week and steam you face every other day to clear out pores!Well thats what workd for me!
Use the end of a click biro to squeeze out the gunky bit and then clean up with Clearasil.

I`m a major sufferer so i`ve tried everything available and i can tell you the more expensive products are not always the most effective.Someone gave me some avon samples which i left lying around for months.When i ran out of my expensive brand suddenly, i was forced to use them to avoid a major incident and did it work a treat!I use two types now and my skin`s never had it so good.Check the range out yourself.

I notice that the neatrogena facial care regime is very effective, it contains a facial wash a moisterizer and then spot cream, you can see a visible result within a couple of days!
best creams are dermalogica medicated clearing gel for night time and special clesring booster that you use when you get a spot. they are expensive but they are best on the market.
